The Pastor Search Committee is grateful for the prayer support of our church family over the past few months. We have narrowed the search down to a short list of prospects. This has taken a great deal of prayer and extensive consideration by the committee. We will be holding in depth interviews and hearing the prospects preach again in the next few weeks. We are praying that if one of these men is the one that God has chosen to lead our church that it will be made clearly evident to the search committee. We ask that the church continue to pray diligently with us that His will be accomplished in the selection of our next pastor.

Praise from Mike Birkmire! After

several cardiac evaluations, Mike

is now on the correct medication

to alleviate the problems.

Ronnie Robinson had to have

more tissue and bone removed

from his foot and is now in the

rehab unit at WRMC learning to

walk again.

Donna Gilligan had surgery Tuesday. She is now in a

regular room. Continue to pray

for comfort and healing.

Frances Huffman had knee surgery on Monday. Please lift her in

prayer for comfort and healing, also.

Tammy Miles

will be coming home Saturday. The

MRI showed some damage, but

doctors did not see anything that

really caused concern.

The Shealys ask that we pray

for Loise, the wife of Pastor

Deo Nangoli in Kenya. It was

thought that she had the flu, but has

gotten much worse.

Please continue to lift up the

people in Haiti and Chile. May this be an opportunity for

evangelism.

Pray for Frank and Dottie

Shealy while they are in Kenya.

Please continue to uplift

those families in our community

who are struggling and need love

and support. Pray that they

will know that everything that

comes from our church will come

with many prayers and the desire

that they know that God loves them.

Pray for the people who are

homeless or live in sub

standard housing.

NEEDED:

Nursery workers are needed for the Parenting Class. This

class is through the school system and Our House

ministry on Thursday nights for March 11 and March 25.

If anyone would like to volunteer, please contact Sharon

Royal by email or at home. The volunteers will be

needed in the Nursery from 5:45 PM to around 8:30 PM.

Snacks will be placed in the nursery kitchen for the

children.

We need your help!!

Please bring plastic eggs and bags of

individually wrapped candy for our

Egg Hunt to be held during our annual

Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday,

April 3rd. Collection baskets will be located

in the Fellowship Hall and near the

sanctuary for your donations.

Please have all donations back to the

church by Saturday, March 28th. Thank

you for helping us share the love of Jesus

with a child.
